Hermann Schmidt Stainless Steel Wire EDM Vise

The model GJVS7 consists of a solid main body with a stationary jaw that can be placed in 12 locations. The moveable jaw is preset to the work piece dimension allow rapid part change over. The screw pushes the jaw block down at approximately 45, which eliminates lifting of the jaw when clamping. A second moveable jaw is available for increased production on parts up to 2 5/16 each.

Five 8mm counter bored holes are provided on a 50mm centerline to facilitate mounting to most wire edm tables. Manufactured of 440C stainless steel, hardened and deep frozen for stability.
